Pom-Pom Launcher
Stretching the balloon stores energy. Letting go turns it into motion that shoots the pom-pom up.
Let's do it ↓Grab this
- A paper cup
- A balloon
- Tape
- Pom-poms or paper balls
Do it in 3 steps
1
Cut the bottom off the cup and the tip off the balloon (a grown up helps).

Stretch the balloon over the cup's bottom and tape it.

Drop a pom-pom in, pull back the balloon and let go. Launch!
